| Chipping Away is much more than the
largest chip carving organization in the world - their new resource
center and store in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada hosts classes in all
aspects of woodcarving and wood art. Bird and duck carving, relief,
caricatures, spirit faces in bark, and sculpture, are but a few of
their wood carving classes in addition to wood burning and
drawing/painting. Their center has two 800sq ft classrooms complete
with individual work stations (including electrical power) that more
than 20 different teachers call home. Whether you are a complete
beginner or an advanced woodcarver, you will find daytime, evening,
and weekend classes geared to your skill level. |
